Pricing questions, answered
How does billing work?
Plans and modules are billed per space, monthly or annually. Annual billing gives you two months free — you pay ten months for a full year. Your subscription is one invoice covering the base plan plus any paid modules you have switched on.
What does “preview pricing” mean?
SpaceOS is newly launched, so every paid module carries an introductory launch price. Spaces that sign up during the preview period keep those prices locked in — if list prices rise later, yours won't.
Can I switch modules on or off mid-cycle?
Yes. Modules activate instantly and billing is prorated: switch one on mid-month and you only pay for the days it was active; switch one off and the unused portion is credited to your next invoice.
Are there per-user fees?
No. Every plan includes unlimited members and staff. You pay for the space and the modules you enable — never per seat.
Which payment providers can I offer my customers?
Stripe for cards worldwide, PortPos for local payments in Bangladesh, and cash on delivery for storefront orders. You can enable any combination per space.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Growth and Scale plans let you connect a custom domain to your storefront and public booking pages, with TLS certificates provisioned automatically.
Can I import my existing data?
Products, customers, and inventory can be imported via CSV on any plan. On Scale, our team handles the migration for you — including data from the tools you're replacing.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Your space stays readable until the end of the paid period, and you can export your data as CSV before you go.
