Notification Hub

Order alerts where your team chats

A website order for a pickup comes in, and your kitchen's Telegram group sees the items a moment later. Send alerts to Telegram, Google Chat or email, and check History for what arrived.

What you can do

  1. Pick what sets a rule off

A new order, an order edited, an order reaching a new status, a payment received for an earlier order, or a daily report at a time you choose.

  2. Telegram, Google Chat or email

Connect your own Telegram bot to a group or a private chat, paste a Google Chat webhook, or add an inbox. One rule can post to several at once.

  3. Only the orders you care about

Hear about all orders, website orders only, till orders only, or everything except counter sales. Pick which statuses or which kinds of edit are worth a message.

  4. Choose what the message says

Tick the lines to include, such as items, pickup or delivery, and payment. Drag them into the order your team reads best, and pick the message language.

  5. A daily report at your time

Send tomorrow's orders or the next 7 days at a set hour in your business's timezone, as a live link or a picture. Stay quiet on days with nothing to report.

  6. Preview and test before you rely on it

See the message built from your most recent order, then send a test to the destination to check it arrives.

  7. History of every message

Each send shows Arrived, Skipped with the reason, Retrying or Gave up. Filter the last 90 days by destination, result or date.

  8. Told when a destination stops working

If messages stop arriving, the Owner and Managers get a bell alert and an email. The hub keeps retrying and switches nothing off.

Questions about Notification Hub

Something else? hello@spaceosapp.com

Where can alerts be sent?
To a Telegram group or private chat through a bot you create, to a Google Chat space through a webhook, or to an email address. A single rule can post to several of these.
Will I get a message for every coffee sold at the counter?
Only if you want one. Each rule picks which orders qualify, and one option sends every order except counter sales.
How do I know a message actually arrived?
Open History. Every send is listed with its result: Arrived, Skipped and why, Retrying, or Gave up. If a destination keeps failing, the Owner and Managers are told by bell and email.
Do I have to build every rule myself?
No. When there is a starter set for your type of business, press Set up the usual alerts to add those rules. You can change or delete any of them afterwards.
What happens if I switch the hub off?
Sending pauses. Your destinations and rules stay exactly as you left them, and sending picks up again when you switch the hub back on.
