Delivery Areas
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. APO/FPO addresses are also supported.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order by 2 PM EST)
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We may offer free standard shipping on orders above a specified amount.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement shipment or full refund.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be available in the future.
